Hi,

When people submit on my form, the e-mail notification uses {all_non_empty_fields}.
But this also includes all HTML fields and sections, and I don’t want to include in the e-mail.

(the HTML shows images which I want to exclude from my mails).

Is there a way to exclude certain fields from e-mail notification, rather than manually typing every {field}?
I really have a complicated and pretty long form.

I’m sorry but it’s not possible to exclude fields from these merge tags that include all fields, you can see more info about it here – https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#form-data

I’m afraid that a feature like this will be outside the scope of support we can provide. For that, you’ll need to hire a developer to provide the required custom code for you.
