Exclude flat rate shipping when non-flat rate shipping product is in cart

    I have several items set up for $15 flat rate shipping. I want customers to be able to get the $15 flat rate when the flat rate items are $100 or less in the cart. But when a customer adds a non-flat rate product in the cart (and the cart is less than $100) the $15 flat rate still shows. How do I correct this so that the shipping goes to UPS rate instead of $15 flat rate when a non-flat rate item is in the cart AND less than $100?
