Hi @kellydj01
can you please provide us some further information on your plugin settings and the page which has the error?
I mark this topic as solved, please get in touch with us through mail (office[at]internallinkjuicer[.]com) – if possible provide us a temporary admin account and we will have a look at it.
Hello,
Our customers are submitting a form to explain about their trip and we have internal links linking cities names with articles, so it shows up like this :
J'aimerai éventuellement changer l'excursion à <a href="https://destinationjapon.fr/kamakura-et-son-grand-bouddha/">Kamakura</a> pour une autre à Nikko.
When there are a lot of cities listed it is hard to read. I excluded the form page from the linking and now it seems to work but w estill have some links in the entries.
We will see in further entries if it is solved. Thanks for your rely.

Hi @kellydj01
I had a look at your site, but couldn’t find the page where the gravity form is integrated.
While the Internal Link Juicer has already some GUI based settings to prevent linking from specific parts, we are not able to cover every 3rd party plugin.
But I can provide you a code snippet for your functions.php to exclude all gravity forms from getting linked. This is always possible as the plugin is flexibly extendable.
Can you please send me an email with a URL of your project, where a form that causes the problem gets included?
I will have a look at the shortcode and send you a quick fix.
Cheers!
