Exclude header from the cache

    Hello. I have a problem with my website header. On some pages the header appears completely empty until I clear the cache.

    How can I exclude the header from the cache?

    I use the “Woodmart” theme.

    Can you please share the example of the page you are having issues with so I can check the header and see if any of the options enabled may be causing this?

    Hello and thanks for the quick reply.

    Usually it happens with the homepage (taurasidocg.com) but also with other pages but not all.
    I also want to say a few days ago I disabled the Object cache and cleared the cache, I don’t know if this solved the problem even though it seems to me that the site has gotten slower. Since then I have not been able to reproduce the problem.

    I also take this opportunity to ask you if you have any advice to speed up my wordpress multisite.

    The problem showed up again on the homepage (taurasidocg.com) at this time.

    Thank you for your feedback.
    What I find confusing is that when I check your website, Minify is active, however, what you shared in your screenshot suggests that minify is disabled. Can you please double-check and confirm this?

    Thank you for your feedback and for the explanation.
    So the settings are for the sub-site in the multisite environment. Can you please disable the Minify option and see if the problem persists? Do you now the specific timeframe in which the issue occurs?

    I will try to disable Minify but I’m afraid the site will get slower.

    Do you want to know the time when the problem occurs?

    In the last few days the problem appears less, and in some cases it solved itself by reloading the page, without having to clear the cache.

    Also I noticed that the problem only occurs on the desktop.
