I can confirm that the exclude IP feature works, so this might be something that is specific to your setup. Can you please send us an email at [email protected] with more details, such as:
1) What is the IP in question
2) Screenshots of the setting
3) Information about your setup. For example, what version of WordPress, PHP and our plugin are you using? Are you using a standard setup or do you have for example a load balancer, or physical firewall?
