    Glad to help.

    BBQ doesn’t block anything based on IP address. So there is nothing to whitelist, IP-wise.

    What probably is happening is the requests are getting blocked because of some character(s) contained in the URL. So to resolve, you would need to find out specifically which URL is getting blocked. A good way to find out is to look at your site’s error log, it will show the 403 errors along with a description, the blocked URL, and more details.

    Once you know the specific URLs that are getting blocked, then yes we can add them to the whitelist so they will again have access.
