Hello, I use Quiz maker plugin and I see my between-paragraph ads inside the quiz. Is there a way to exclude these ads from appearing in quizzes?

Very likely.

Try to blacklist post type (via taxonomy list) or some other post property:
https://adinserter.pro/documentation/black-and-white-lists

If this is not a post and you would only like to prevent insertion inside some page element then use paragraph settings for exclusion:
https://adinserter.pro/documentation/paragraph-settings#counting

I cannot see such a post type that has to do with quiz maker.
