Exclude Scripts and exclude options on sites

Hello, thanks for the awesome plugin.
If I merge scripts, it´s not loading my forms on the site. The exclude 3rd party scripts option didn´t work as well the exclude scripts option. My developer tool in Safari shows problems with the following scripts:
jquery.json.min.js
gravityforms.min.js
conditional_logic.min.js
jquery.maskedinput.min.js
placeholders.jquery.min.js
How should I add this lines into the exclude scripts option? Is it correct like this: https://www.mywebsite.de/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/js/jquery.json.min.js
This didn´t worked, still not loading the form on my site. After disabling the merge scripts option completly, it´s loading the form, so it must be this option. Also, can I exclude all scripts from a plugin? How would be the line/command in the options?
Whats the difference to inline scripts?

Another question. Can I disable options on single sites? For example disable the Merge Scripts option only on one site, while it´s still enables on the other sites.
