Would it be possible to be able to exclude specific pages from using the CDN, perhaps by excluding URLs?

CDN Enabler does not allow you to exclude specific web pages from CDN however you can exclude certain directories or extensions. If you need to exclude a particular page you could always define the proper caching headers at the server level: https://www.keycdn.com/support/http-caching-headers/
