Exclude subdomains from caching.

    Hi,
    by default when you setup this plugin it will only cache the domain where you install it.
    So, for example if you setup the plugin on https://example.com the plugin will only work on https://example.com/* but it will not have any effect on https://some_dubdomain.example.com. For that, you need to separately install the plugin on each sub-domain site where you would like to use it.
