Exclude Subscription From Getting a Discount

I am using Buy Once or Subscribe + Subscription plugin. And we set all of our products into subscription products globally, meaning all of our customers can either choose to buy the product once or subscribe to it with discounted recurring price. But because we already have a 5% discount for subscribing, is there a way for me to tell Discount Rules for WooCommerce to not apply the discount to subscribed products.

If customer choose to buy once: Regular Price + discount from Discount Rules

If customer choose to subscribe: Subscription price only. no discount from discount rules.

Hopefully that’s possible.
