Hello @shayeryan
Thank you for reaching out.
We’re sorry the excluded pages you selected shows the popup.
You are in the right direction using the negative condition in the targeting settings.
However, may we know if you also have other targeting rules? Like using the ‘OR’ operator? Something like this:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/8LuDXExx
If yes, could you update it to use ‘AND’ operator? Here’s an example:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4u7OBxm
It links two or more conditions together to require that each condition be true to load a popup. Stated another way, if any condition linked by an ‘AND’ operator is false, the popup will not load.
Should the issue persists, could you please provide us an admin access so that we can take a closer look at the issue?
To securely send us the access, please open a support request in our website. Here’s how to:
1. Go to https://wppopupmaker.com/support/#submit-a-support-ticket
2. Click Other Support
3. Fill in the form
4. Click SUBMIT
Here’s a screen capture for your reference: https://share.wppopupmaker.com/geudGzB4
Kindly use the Temporary Login Without Password plugin (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/) to give us an admin access. Please include the login link when that’s set up.
Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
I did have an OR operator in place and that was causing the problem. I simplified it by using the page ID exclusion like this.

Thanks for your help!
