Exclude taxonomy from blog posts lists

Hi!
I currently have a long archive of posts in a different language.
Therefore, I’d like to be able to exclude (based on label or category I guess) one of them from the main posts list and the home Hestia blog section.

Then create a specific list of those ones. And ideally… maintain the Hestia Look and feel that I really like.

Would this be possible either natively or using plugins?
