Hi! Thanks for replying. Perhaps I didn’t explain myself well. What I’m having trouble with is preventing blank lines from appearing in the PDF I receive by email. For example, if the visitor doesn’t fill in the [name] field, the PDF they receive shouldn’t show the line “Name:”. Does that make sense?

    Hello @alienduce ,

Thank you for explaining it in more detail — now it makes perfect sense.

The PDF layout is generated in a fixed, static structure, and only the field values are inserted dynamically. This means that if a user leaves a field empty, the label will still appear in the PDF but with no value.

Unfortunately, at this moment, completely removing or skipping blank lines for unfilled fields is not supported.

We appreciate your understanding on this matter, and if you have any other questions or suggestions, feel free to let us know.
