I have this checked “Respect exclude_from_search for custom post types”
I have been using the standard “Search Exclude” plugin and it has been working flawlessly for over a year now. Suddenly with this new update, all my excluded pages are now showing in search.

Search Exclude uses post__not_in filter to control what is excluded, and that filter is broken in the latest version of Relevanssi (a simple typo, it says post_not__in in the code).

This will be fixed in the next version, but if you want it fixed now, replace the /wp-content/plugins/relevanssi/lib/search.php file with this file: https://github.com/msaari/relevanssi/blob/master/lib/search.php
