Excluding pages / Schedule delete cache

I was directed to the plugin in hopes of resolving a token submission issue with Caldera Forms.
I followed instructions they provided: <b>Set Cache_Timeout: ALL every 10 hours</b>, but it didn’t appear to work.

I eventually tried excluding the form page, clearing the form page cache and clear entire site cache from the entry point, but I’ve yet to figure out the right solution.

I tried to find the answer via the WP Fastest Cache codebase on Github or determining how to write a simple ‘flush cache’ script, but neither option had documentation that would allow me to confidently implement a custom solution.

Anyone had a similar experience and found a solution?
