Excluding tag-IDs

(thanks again for your kindly help concerning the translation of „views“!)
well, I have a problem and would like to ask for your help again concerning the output in a widget.
The normal behaviour (i.e. no limitations) is shown in listing-normal.jpg (without the red markings – unfortunately it doesn‘t seem to be possible to enclose attachments here, so I had to store the screenshot on my own page).
The problem: I‘d like to exclude all existing tag-pages from beeing listed. Therefore I wrote all specific tag-IDs in a negative way (-) separated by commas into the field „post-tag“ and activated the field – see excluded.jpg.
The result is a list (see listing-with-limitations.jpg) in which
a) the tag-pages are NOT exluded (even though mentioned with their negative numbers in the field „post-tag“), which could be seen at the bottom of the screenshot and
b) on the other hand some of the items, which should NOT be affected (because they are not tag-pages) now disappeared.
To show the behaviour I marked in listing-normal.jpg the still appearing tag-pages with „TAG“ and the gratuitous excluded items with a red cross.
What can I do to exclude all the tag-pages and to prevent excluding of pages/post which should not be excluded? (I even tried deactivating of all other plugins, but it didn‘t solve the problem.)
