Excluding Thumbnails

    Just getting started with this – I’ve turned off all thumbnails by excluding “Apply compression also to image thumbnails” and everything in the Advanced tab. In the media library it still says 20+ thumbnails to optimize for every image.

    Hey @henrybaum – thank you for your message and using ShortPixel.

    The 20+ thumbnails message just shows you that there are 20 thumbs that can be optimized but if they are excluded in the Advanced settings they won’t be optimized at bulk or when you press Optimize Now.
    Please make a test with one image to see the outcome.
    Then you will notice that in the hamburger menu on the ShortPixel Compression column you will have an option to optimize them for that particular image.
