execute a shortcode inside “replaced with”

Thanks for your handy plugin.

Is there a trick or snippet of code to allow executing 3rd-party shortcodes before displaying on the live post?

I use the wordpress Text Spinner (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/text-spinner/) and also some php shortcodes to return site and page title, to add some variety to content and being able to spinout different content versions using RTFaR would be enormously useful.
