Execute PHP-script when cached…

I know it is not possible in this plugin to let parts of a page dynamic, but there should be another solution for this.

Is it possible to combine PHP in a jacascript/ AJAX and add some stuff in the database when loading?

I’m searching for an examplecode to use with wordpress/ php. Just a simple script on the background that is executed every time a page runs, even when
it’s cached. How can I do this?
