Exerpt Not Ending

    I’m trying to use the ‘<!–more–>’ short tag to end the excerpt at a specific point instead of continuing on for 50 words but I’m having no luck. I’ve been able to get the excerpt under the sticky to show absolutely nothing as well as the entire post, but neither of these are what I want. Please help. Thank you.
