Existing images with same name not incremented

When we replace images in the Media Manager we have to completely rename the image. Otherwise, anything we overwrite won’t be taken into effect. It’ll just show the original.

WordPress doesn’t seem to be handling the renaming of images automatically (such as uploading two feature.jpg, normally one would be renamed to feature-1 or something). So, the client would upload one feature image and then another feature image, with the same filename and both would show the same image.
