Existing post files

I am using Gravity Forms to let my customers upload a profile and then come back and change it later on. Some profiles will have videos or images attached to them.

Is it possible than when customer A comes and sets up their profile the fist or second time and uploads and image or video, then comes back on subsequent visits, the image/videos they previously uploaded are listed in the upload box? If so, how can I pass the image/video information to the upload box?
