Exit Intent animated image

Hi! Can you please confirm if I can use the animated cart image in the Exit Intent Pop-up box i.e. is there any licencing issues?

Hi @bsthp, thanks for your question.
Feel free to use the default animated CartBounty Exit Intent image. We have created both the image and animation 🙂Thanks for your quick response. Just another question if I may. I have tested the automated Email that is sent after abandoning the cart and it appears to be displaying the momkey image twice: once where it should be, under the “Forgot to complete…” message; and a second time towards the top left corner of my Email on a white background and moving the main grey body down the page. I am sure it is not meant to do this. I am using Outlook 2019.
Hmm, could you please share a screenshot to showcase how it looks?
We have tested our emails in multiple different email systems and across different devices.Thank you.
Thanks for the image.
We will try to figure out what might be the issue here and run some additional tests. Are you on a Windows computer? We did a couple of tests in our versions of Outlook (both Mac and Windows), but haven’t got the same results as your.
Could you please share a link to your store, we could try leaving a tests abandoned cart and see how the email arrives and looks on our end.Yes, Windows.
It is under Maintenance Mode at the moment. However, I can deactivate it for 10-15 minutes, to allow you to do the test. How about from 17:15 to 17:30?
Ok, sounds good.
Ok, if you are online at the moment, might as well do it now? https://www.lexasinteriors.com
Hmm, it seems like CartBounty has been deactivated.
Could you please make sure it is active?Ok, it seems like all is done. You can close the access.
Let’s wait for around 60 minutes for the email to arrive and we will take it from there 🙂Ok, many thanks
Hi @bsthp
We have received the reminder email and have tested it also both on Mac Outlook and Windows. But we are using the latest Outlook 365 package which may be the reason we are not seeing the same results with a double emoji in top of the email.
I’m guessing you could try removing the emoji from the email and checking if that works and does not output extra emoji in your Outlook mail.
No problem. Many thanks for your assistance.
