Hello. We’re having the same problem as this user reported over two years ago: Nothing is popping up when the user tries to leave the page. That topic is marked as “resolved”, except it wasn’t (the user stated he’d try a different plugin instead and hoped that a “future update will fix it”, which hasn’t happened). You’ll see that the website in that post now uses MailMunch.

My environment is Windows 10 and both Chrome and FireFox display the same behavior. Another user, also on Windows 10 / Chrome, is experiencing the same problem, so it’s not just my environment.

I’m not sure if changing the scroll % value (currently at 5) would have any effect on the Exit Intent behavior (is there any way to disable the Scroll pop-up, maybe setting the value to 0 or 100? We only need the “exit intent” popup behavior…)

    Please advise.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @paulxf

    I trust you’re doing well!

As mentioned in that very old post, we could see an opt-in at this user’s site. So this was a site-specific issue and not a bug.

With Hustle plugin you can either have pop-up triggered set to Scroll or to Exit intent, not both options at the same time.

On your site, the opt-in is set to show on a scroll, set it to Exit intent to show the opt-in when a mouse leaves a browser. Please see this screenshot:

Thank you Nastia. The interface may be a bit confusing, as it looks as if all options in the different tabs would be enabled (Time, Scroll, Click, Exit Intent, Ad Block) and the tabs just managed the settings for each option. By what you say, I gather that the active pop-up method is whatever tab has been selected. I also set Scroll to 100 in case that was overriding the “Exit Intent” pop up (perhaps not). At any event, I left the tab at “Exit Intent” selected and saved, and now it behaves as expected, so this is now “Resolved”…

    Thank you!
