    There is a problem with exit intent. If the test mode is not active, it does not work. Also, when the popup is closed, it reappears when you move to the browser bar. It should not exit again when the user closes it.

    Dear @sarp159, thank you for reaching out. To me this seems like an issue with testing. Exit Intent will only appear once every 60 minutes. However if you enable Test mode – Exit Intent will appear just to admin user (person who is signed in as administrator) and will appear every time even if closed. If testing mode has been disabled and tjis is still the case, please mak sure that you clear any caching plugin data you are using.

    Thank you @sarp159 for sharing this. It is true, Exit Intent is intended to appear just to those visitors who have added at least one product to the cart since showing this particular message otherwise could be a bit confusing 🙂
