Expand post short content on hover?

    Hi,
    I wonder is there any plugin for this:
    I have some posts on homepage sorted and when someone hover on post that post will little expand and show some lines of text.
    Here is Demo http://planetshine.net/demo/goliath-news/
    Eg. in sidebar under “POPULAR” hover on some post and see what hepening.
    Is there any plugin (or another solution) to implement that in any template?
