expand text opens & closes quickly

Hello,

I just noticed this issue last night when the trigger text is tapped, the information expands then closes very quickly. I am only able to recreate this on mobile devices or non computers (iphone, ipad, kindle). When using on a desktop or laptop the issue does not present itself.
