Expanding this Plugin

Hi,

Love you plugin.

Just wondering if it is possible for this plugin to results from all of these: categories, subcategories, tags and blog post titles.

From my investigation, I have found it to a case of either categories or tags. However we would like to include both of these in our index as well as subcategories and blog post titles.

I would like to know if this is possible and if so, how it can be done.
