    Hi everybody,

we are facing the problem that our customers can’t checkout with Klarna Pay Later when an discount has been added to the woocommerce order. No matter if its created by our point reward plugin or if it’s added manually to the order.

We receive the following error message:

2021-05-26T15:44:05+00:00 DEBUG Creating payment object: type Order, failed for Klarna payment, stopping process.
2021-05-26T15:44:05+00:00 DEBUG mollie_wc_gateway_klarnapaylater: Failed to create Mollie payment object for order 19392: [2021-05-26T15:44:05+0000] Error executing API call (422: Unprocessable Entity): The amount of the order does not match the total amount from the order lines. Expected order amount to be €1,374.70 but got €1,355.66. Field: amount.

We figured out that the difference between the reported amounts matches the tax of the discount.

It’s quite urgent 🙁 Would be happy if I can get support very soon.

    Thank you!

    Hi @koiandreas,

Could you please provide us with steps to reproduce the behavior or tell us which reward plugin you are using?
I can apply several different types of discounts to Klarna orders without triggering this behavior.
If you want to share more details like your WooCommerce system report, you can also open a support ticket as described here.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
