We have two messages that are appearing at the top of our admin dashboard that don’t seem to ever resolve. Here they are:

Message 1: Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.Dismiss this notice.
Message 2: Constant Contact Forms has detected errors that indicate a need to manually disconnect and reconnect your Constant Contact account. Visit the Connection Settings to manage.

I disconnected and reconnected as instructed, and now it’s showing conflicting messages. At the top of the page, it says “DISCONNECTED”, and down in the box farther down the page it says “DISCONNECT”, as if it IS connected, and if I want to disconnect I need to hit the button. I’m out of ideas on how to fix the issue and make these notices go away.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thank you for the new thread.

The admin notifications and status indicator in the upper right are going to be more indicative of current state, specifically that the site lost both access token and refresh tokens at the moment. We should work on touching up the UX around the “Disconnect” button wording.

That said, even though it says “Disconnect” as if things are still connected, you’ll want to click that to trigger backend processes to re-establish authentication and get new tokens for access and refreshing later on.
