    Hi Wpbackup I got the following message after running the job

    Job “full_love” has started, but not responded for 10 seconds. Please check information.

  • Hi @amurs,
    Please make sure that Temp folder: /home/abcd/wxyz.com/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-e13273-temp/ and Log folder: /home/abcd/wxyz.com/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-e13273-logs/ have correct write permission( you can chmod them to 775 ).
    After that, go to BackWPup > Settings > Jobs, try to set Maximum Script Execution Time setting to about 25 seconds then run the job again.
