    Hi, I keep getting this message in my WordPress dashboard area for my website.
    What do I need to do?

    Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox in the Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

    This is what the debug info says if that helps?

    We are not able to write to the /home4/myfarme5/public_html/wp-content/ctct-logs/constant-contact-errors.log file.

    How comfortable are you or someone else helping with the website with potentially logging in to your hosting or FTP access to try and create that intended error log ? It’d help out the most because that’d show what issues are being experienced and causing the admin notification.

    Our apologies for such a late reply, but did you ever find a resolution to the issues you were experiencing? Or hopefully they’ve cleared up and it’s been smooth sailing since?
