Experttexting Issue

    WPSMS is broken, has worked fine for the last 2 years. Now when trying to send SMS it reports Error! Gateway response: Invalid or missing parameters!`Ive double checked the API Key and Secret as well as username, also the remaining balance is not updating. HELP!!!!!

    Wordpress Version 5.8.1

    WP SMS Version 5.6.2

    WP-SMS Professional Version 3.2.4

    Hi,

    It seems you are using the old version of wp-sms-pro, the latest version is v3.3.1, please update it.

    If I remove the Pro features it still doesn’t work, it also doesn’t work with my expert texting account(Says invalid credentials) although it appears that it can connect to the twilio account.

    It appears the it is not pulling any of the phone numbers from the groups or if I just test it doesn’t pull the number I type in.

    Updated as you suggested now on SMS v5.6.2 and pro v3.2.4 I have the following error
    Error! Gateway response: [HTTP 400] Unable to create record: A ‘To’ phone number is required.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    You are using the “pro” version of this plugin. Stop creating new topics here for this plugin. Use the pro support as you were already informed to do.
