Expiration Date Notice

    Can anybody help me figure out a way to have the user and admin notified if a specific field shows a date that is coming soon or past? My users are subcontractors and they have to specify the expiration date of their licenses. I want them and the admin to be notified if it is already expired and if it is going to expire in the next 30 days. Ultimate Member support says I might need to find a developer to write code for it. Anybody have any ideas? Is there a plugin for this?
