Expire Posts on view

Pretty random question and not necessarily tied to one plugin (but I’m trying to make it work for WP Job Manager

I’m trying to let posts expire on the first one who views it.
Or even more specific:
Can I let a (job)post expire after a person ‘accepts’ the (job)post. So in a job board situation, adding some sort of ‘accept job’ button and then let the post disappear.

Apologies if this is super vague, I’m trying to wrap my head around it.
