Expires headers?

I am working on site speed optimization for my client and we purchased the premium version of the plugin for the additional settings (and I can’t seem to find any premium support anywhere). Their site is getting pinged on speed tests for “add expired headers” even though WPFC is supposed to have that option? I do not see it anywhere and they are getting a 0 for that on the speed test.

Can someone help me figure out how to resolve that issue?
