2.2.2 fixes the issue with the datepicker for the expiration date, I will investigate the ftp folders another day
Hi Thanks for the reply. The datepicker still doesn’t work, it allows you to select a date but once selected the field is left blank. I am using Google Chrome, could this be an issue?

Since I cannot reproduce any issues with the expiration date picker, I bet this is a conflict with another plugin. Please disable all other plugins and test again. Then enable plugins one-by-one, testing after each, to see which one is the culprit. If none of the plugins are the culprit, use a default WordPress theme (Twenty [whatever]) and test again as your them might also be the source of the conflict.

It didn’t work. I set the theme to 20-14 and disabled all plugins except the sunshine one. Again, selecting a date shows the datepicker but leaves the field blank once a date has been selected. 🙁

See if your admin area has any JavaScript errors in your browser’s Console. Since you use Chrome, see here: https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/debug/console/console-ui?hl=en
Hi. Still having this issue. I’ve setup a localhost WP site totally independent of the other site at home on a pc not connected to the server. On selection of the date picker, select a date then the field is left blank and showing no date selected??
I’m using version 2.2.6 in Chrome. I couldn’t find any issues in the Console.

Hi. Yes I’ve tried IE, Firefox and Chrome on the independant site, the same issue is apparent with all three.
Could there be an international date issue?

International date issue could be it actually, I have only ever tested in English using our standard date format. In your WordPress admin, go to Settings > General – what is your Date Format option set to?

22nd December 2015
Changed it to 22/12/2015 and now it saves the value !!
There we have it, a fix!!
Perhaps there’s an update you could apply for other users.

Had the exact same issue. Changed date to 1/6/2016 and now end date is working!
I think this might actually be a language issue, what languages do you guys have WordPress using?
