explain script/plugin

Hello, im having a hard time trying to find a java script that i have seen somewhere before, basicly what it does is on first users visit it highligts your selected parts of the website and adds buttons like next to the dialogue so user can go to the next step/ next page , maby someone is using it or knows some page that is using it, thank you
