    Thanks. So basically it’s just if we want to use SendGrid’s marketing stuff. If we’re already using MailPoet (for example), then there’s no reason we’d need this, right?

    Yes. This is a feature to facilitate the integration with SendGrid Marketing Campaigns. If you’re using MailPoet this shouldn’t affect you. However, we encourage you to take a look at what SendGrid has to offer when it comes to email marketing.
