Explaination text not showing up

    Hello,
    I’ve added the plugin and it underlines my word but nothing happens when I mouse over (and I have entered a two long sentences text in the text field). If I have a look using the inspect option of Chrome, I see the following error in the console :

    (index):362 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).qtip is not a function
    at toolTips ((index):362:20)
    at (index):856:43

    Could you tell me how to fix this ?
    I have the latest version of WordPress and all plugins.

    Would you please:

    1: login wordpress as admin

    2: click the tooltips menu and then click global settings sub menu, you will open “tooltips global settings” panel

    3: please enable the setting “enable / disable jquery-migrate”, and click update now blue button

    4: please enable / disable another option “move inline javascript to the footer”
