    Indeed, both attempts were blocked.
    The third column always indicates what it is: ‘medium’, ‘high’, ‘critical’ are the severity of the blocked attempt.
    If you see ‘info’, it means it was not blocked and you will find more info in the description field (e.g., admin login, sanitised input etc).
