    Hello,

    does it make sense for you to offer export/import function for email logs?

    The use case is quite simple:
    I have interest in having a complete email log. However, there are situations where I migrate between live/dev, for instance, when larger changes are applied on a site, I am not applying the changes twice (first on dev → testing → client feedback → apply on live again), but I have a different process.

    The process goes like this: update dev to latest version → agree with client no modification for 1 week on live site → apply changes on dev → testing → client feedback → migrate dev to live.

    You can see that I’ll lose the email logs during that period forever.

    An export to CSV and import comes in handy and might be useful also for other troubleshooting topics.

    Any chance that this will be considered as a feature request?

    Hello @markussss,

    Currently, SureEmail does not have a built-in option to export or import email logs. However, I understand how important it is to retain logs for troubleshooting and historical records. I’ll pass this along as a feature request to our development team for consideration.

    In the meantime, you may consider using a database export/import method or a third-party plugin that supports log exports as a workaround.

    Thanks a lot, I am sure this is a feature that makes sense for many and also makes SureMail even more unique. I haven’t seen this option yet with other tools.
