Export and Import error

    I have a store with 6000 products. I tried exporting and importing into the new website and it crashed. I have tried on many versions of wordpress. This is the fault of Woo plugin. My website is an ebook sales page, should not be public.

    Hi @gn20cm!

    You mentioned an error. Could you please let us know what the exact error was?
    Are you using the built in import and export tool, or another third-party plugin for this?

    Also, have you had a look at the fatal-error log found under “WooCommerce > Status > Logs” page, to see what the recent errors are? You can paste that back here, too, so we can take a closer look.

    Please also include your status report found under “WooCommerce > Status” page.
