    Import and export is currently not built-in, but you might be able to do it with the official WordPress Importer plugin.

    Can I ask about your specific use case? Do you want to move sidebars from a test site to a live site?

    How many sidebars and widgets do you have? Did you try using the Widgets Importer plugin, or any other staging/content export plugin?
