Which booking mode do you have active? The Split bookings by ticket option is only available when using Multiple Booking Mode.
I have active multiple booking mode. Some month ago it worked. In the database appears the registers.
What version of WordPress and Events Manager are you using and have you recently upgraded them or changed the booking mode?

I just went through the menu without making changes and record
apparently had some choice not caught
far so good
would be advisable to put in one ticket options menu and description without the split option ticket bookings by and see all the singles and multiple tickets for an event
