export booster settings- wrong file format

    Hi, I am trying to backup my now working settings onto my staging site and when I export the settings file it will not import the file, just an error that is it the wrong file format.

    This normally works so I have no idea what is going on, it is saving the file as txt file and both are on the latest version of the plugin.

    Any idea
