Hi,
Please can you check your error log and also try to install a debugging plugin such as Query Monitor and provide any information from these that is relevant to the plugin.
Also – try to disable all other plugins and switch to the default theme – to eliminate clashes with other scripts.

Hi and thank you for your answer,
I don’t have any error log,
and with Query Monitor plugin, when i clic on export button, the plugin register nothing, only for new page loaded.
I will try to change theme durint the night
Thanks for the update – please try to disable all other plugins and revert to the default theme – if that still fails, then we can be sure this is a problem with the EUD plugin.
Next week I will have the chance to run a test with the set-up you’ve specified and will let you know what I find.

We’ve just run a test export on a matching environment – I see a few small PHP errors caused by the plugin ( which we’ll fix in the next release ) – but the export ran without problems.

Hello
I desactivated all extension and theme
I always have the same issue
Buddypress Version 2.2.3.1
Export user data : Version 1.2.0
WP : Version 4.2.2
I precise that i did a backup 2 months ago,
I deleted my database and restored it by importing
I copied my FTP files in the same method
Could you help me ?
Do my database is broken ? however all is working except exporting buddypress fields. I can see buddypress fields in profile user and in database phpmyadmin.
