He have at the moment a very important poll but we need all the records. When we try to export them into a CSV file, the system is processing and it’s not returning anything … We have like 8k records.

Any suggestions?

Dear @wvalverde67,

Thank you for your topic.

I would like to note that as you have so many results, the exporting time may take longer.
Most presumably, because of PHP limits on your server, the request cannot be made, which is why the problem arises.

Please get in touch with your Hosting Provider and ask them to expand the following PHP values or you can do it on your own from the cPanel.

max_execution_time 600
max_input_time 600
post_max_size 256M

And if you want to export all polls at once, we would like to ask you not to do so.
Please select the polls one by one and press export again.

Hello Jasmine

Thanks for your support, we have changed our .htaccess file with the suggested parameters, but we are experience too long to get the poll results, so we have fill the form you recommended.
