Hi, every month we export our orders into a spreadsheet. We’ve gone in this month and it’s not working. You can click “export” and the page just refreshes without exporting or downloading anything. We’ve updated all plugins and WordPress. Please help! Thank you!

Hello

Please, visit >WooCommerce>Status>Logs and review last “fatal-error-xxx” file.

You should check JS errors too.

Hi Alex! Ok so nothing was showing up on the status logs, but there was a JS message – SSL error with one of the images. I’ve now fixed this error with an SSL plugin, and there are no more JS errors. However this still didn’t fix the problem. As soon as I click Export Now, it shows the “do not refresh this page etc” notice, and then goes straight back to the dashboard. Urgh.
